Our Bertha Charcoal Oven and Kasai Japanese BBQ are the perfect partners to take advantage of what cooking with charcoal has to offer. We want to let you really get up close and personal and see these products in action, so are offering you the chance to host a charcoal cooking event in partnership with us free of charge.
Charcoal cooking doesn’t have to be about an outdoor space (although obviously it works amazingly outside), you might want to run events, add a different element to your menu or just be curious about how charcoal cooking could make a difference to your business, why not have us over for a BBQ event as the perfect way to test the water.
We will bring the ovens and our Chef Bruno will help you create a menu, help with prep and run service with you on the night. We will promote the event via our Social Channels and to our customer base. All we ask is that you have a genuine interest in adding charcoal cooking into your establishment, be willing to promote the event, provide the venue and arrange the produce. Any revenue generated on the night on food and drink sales is yours to keep.
Bruno will be on hand from the off, to discuss your ideas, help you deliver a menu to a price point, show your team how to get the most out of charcoal cooking and anything else you might need a hand with. It really is an amazing opportunity to see what the Bertha Oven can do and is all completely free of charge.
To give you a flavour of what an event could be like take a peep at our blog post on the first event we ran recently with The Three Fishes, this was a sell out for the team with almost 70 covers done on the night. Such was the success of The Three Fishes event we decided it would be the perfect way to let us showcase the Bertha Oven going forward so, decided to open up the concept to other customers. The Three Fishes is just an example of what can be done, Bruno will work with you and your establishment to create something that would be the best match for your guests.
